3. HS Diploma or Equivalency (Required no later than class 3). Foreign docs must have an “Evaluation” equivalent to a HS Diploma or higher (NOT a translation). Transcripts must show a graduation date (even college transcripts). NO Wonderlic Allowed.
4. Immunizations or Declination.
5. Signed Enrollment Packet, including State Required: Enrollment Agreement, CSC-005, CSC-010, Declination, Tour Form.
